Cahoot/Santander

I had a Cahoot credit card years ago, don't have access to the online account anymore and there were no hard copy statements. Santander have sent me a form to complete and when I spoke to them they told me it relates to this card and digits it ends in, but no more. One of the boxes on the form ask for the account number - would it be acceptable to just input the digits the account ends in? I don't know the whole account number - have checked old bank statements and nothing quoted thereon. Don't have access to the old email account either.
Thanks.
Thanks.

The bank obviously already know the account number so, yes, you should just provide the information you have available to you.0
