IPG Paintball Problems - Solution (Hopefully)

I believe that this is a common issue, but I purchased 2 paintballing packs from a 'representative' at Harrow shopping centre recently. I was given all of the sales pitch about it being such a great deal, including some information which I later worked out to be lies.
I contacted IPG on a non-0844 number (theirs is eye wateringly expensive to call) and was offered extra paintballs and flexibility to my purchase. Unfortunately by then I had made up my mind that the whole system was a swindle, and I wanted nothing to do with it. They then suggested that I send the packs back to their head office with a cover letter.
I did this, explaining that I had been misrepresented (their terminology from their T&C's). Their terms did state that, unless you've been misrepresented, you have to return the packs within 7 days of purchase in order to get a refund.
4 weeks later I received a letter (and the packs) saying that I was over the 7 days return period and so I should either use them, or try selling them on eBay.
I've just tried calling them again on the number that I used before, only to find the number has been shut down. A bit of research has discovered a new number for them:
0208 629 0866
This is for the Customer Service Manager.
In their absence you'll be transferred to their switchboard, who can then pass you on to Customer Services.
Which i have done. I've been told that the Customer Services Manager will call me back before the end of the week. Let's see what happens.
Bear in mind that they don't let you read the T&C's before buying it because 'the pack is the product', so there is no way of knowing the cooling off period until after you've parted with your money.
Very dodgy. I'd recommend you stay away from IPG Painball.

Don't buy cheap things, buy things cheap.
