Nappies

Are nappies expensive in Spain?

Comments

  • Not sure about mainland Spain but we went to Menorca twice when our daughter was still in nappies, they were horrendously expensive, second time we took enough with us.
I hate football and do wish people wouldn't keep talking about it like it's the most important thing in the world

I guess you'll need to balance the cost of buying nappies in Spain against the cost of taking the bulk out with you.

It might help people to answer your question if you said where in Spain.
Nappies may be more expensive in mountain villages in the Pyrenees than in resorts in Benidorm.
    Or maybe not.

If the child is under 2 she may not have her own hold allowance (or seat).
Not really enough information in the original post to provide advice.
  • Depending on the age of the child & the area in Spain & the temperatures? You might do better to go for muslin nappies & a temporary nappy bucket.

It's a Catholic country - the cloth nappy will not be a shocking sight in some areas, although fluttering off the hotel balcony may cause a lifted eyebrow or three amongst other guests.
