Thank you ProDave. That’s an interesting thought. I’ve been working on the theory that it’s an interesting old house and I think it would sell, but I clearly need to get the experts in.
Thanks teddysmum. The land is fine back there - much further away from the pond than the current house. Plenty of room for drainage and services.
