Job after Bankruptcy

I was made bankrupt in 2009, discharged in 2010.
Would I be able to work as a trainer/coach in a conveyancing company?

    Hi Abbs9,

It may be worth contacting a known union within that industry (hopefully that is quite easy to establish online and ask) and asking them what is normally the case - in their experience.

The bankruptcy will no longer show on your credit file, so the only issue would be whether part of an application asked specifically if you have ever been bankrupt or insolvent. You may find there are variations from employer to employer, and ultimately, the only way to know may be to apply. Good luck,
