LISA OR H2B??
Can any one adivse what would be the best option for someone who currently has a H2B isa with £1700 in it (all saved from March 2017). I have the ability to save more than £200 a month and want to be hopefully moving out by July 2020 in to a property roughly priced between £250,000-£275,000. I currently earn £38935 a year and my partner is on £21000 and would like other suggestions to other great saving accounts? My monthly outgoings are roughly between £600-£700 a month?
ALL HELP AND SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Go through the list. My best advice though - cut out all the rubbish spending now as you'll be better off long term. The £700 outgoings - are you living on your own or at home? As if at home cut it all back and save it. You'll thank yourself later:T:T  :beer::beer: to the lil one:beer::beer::beer:

These have put it best. Work your way through saving in these:T:T  :beer::beer: to the lil one:beer::beer::beer:

The £700 is pretty much all out goings including rent, water and electric, food shopping, broadband. I have tried to cut back and have managed to get my direct debits down to £635 but allow the extra for transport to work.
I struggle to work what would be the best amount to put away at the beginning of each month and where to put it. I'm currently banking with nationwide and have their flex account.0 -
Thank you for your replies and advise.:beer:0

Id go through the regular savers list as that's what I used to do then at the end of term move it to a better paying fixed term (which is what I'd do with the £1700):T:T  :beer::beer: to the lil one
