DLA to Pip

Hi
Posted a few days ago requesting help.
I need some more more advice and now on a different level.
Basically a letter was sent to the client to claim pip by calling to advise them, giving a end date.
They never received this letter.
They have now called up questioning DLA and were informed this.
Can someone please confirm this, but am I correct now that they have done this within 30 days of a suspension that the payment of DLA will be reinstated until the pip form deadline is returned now?
CAB website and Turn2us both state that as long as you call and advise you wish to claim within 4 weeks of a suspend then payment will be reinstated until a decision is reached on your claim for pip.
The address as I previously advised, is a shared letterbox, post rarely makes it to the intended party.
Thanks

Have they now started the PIP claim off? If they have then they'll need to ring DLA to ask if their payments will reinstate.Hi

They have now started the claim, been advised the claim has been logged and a claim pack sent.
Am I correct, they will unsuspend the DLA now and send payment? .
Turn2us and CAB websites, including Direct Gov website state that if a claim is suspended (DLA) that long as you call and make a claim within 4 weeks of that suspension, then your DLA will carry on as normal until a decision on pip is reached.
Please please can anyone confirm this as the money is vital to the client, given they use it to pay for care needs0 -
As i previously adviced, a quick call to DLA will tell them the answer. As no one else has replied then no one knows. They have now started the claim, been advised the claim has been logged and a claim pack sent.
