Late delivery advice

Hi all, I placed an order online recently for an item, delivery cost was £5.95, and on my invoice it stated all orders placed before 2pm will be delivered on the next working day. This was the only delivery option.
I ordered at 10am on Friday 9th feb, and so expected the item to be delivered on Monday 12th.
Item didn’t arrive, no contact from seller until I received a text on Thursday stating the item would be delivered on Friday 16th.
Friday came and went with no delivery, I finally received my order on Monday 19th!
I have contacted the company via email and on Twitter, to no avail. Many other people on Twitter have had the same issues.
My questions are; Am I entitled to a refund of the delivery charges seeing as the company have failed to honour the contract, and what should be my next course of action if the company continues to ignore my emails and tweets. There is no phone number listed on the website.

You will find the terms of that contract to say that delivery is not guaranteed and sometimes !!!! happens, so no, no delivery charge will be refunded.0

You are, however, entitled to return the item (at your own cost) for a full refund of the purchase cost and outgoing postage. Subject to some exclusions, e.g. if you're already using it.0

There is nothing on their website or in any email I received from them about delivery not being guaranteed. The website says delivery!!!8217;s to outside the UK are not guaranteed, but that!!!8217;s it.0

I've not read the T&Cs ... do they say something like "goods will arrive the next working day after shipping"? If yes then that's different to "next working day after order".
If they do indeed say the latter then you're entitled to the difference between Next Day delivery and Standard delivery. If Next Day is the only choice they offer then there's no Standard value to reference and so anything you get back would be goodwill.0 -

I didn’t & wouldn’t pay that price, which I think is part of the issue. There was a discount code so everything was £26, I think they may have underestimated the demand!0 -

Under ‘shipping method’ on my invoice it says: UK Shipping - Next Day (All UK Orders Placed Before 2pm Arrive Next Day)
The only details on the website about delivery is: Orders are despatched Monday to Friday and delivered on working days.
Next day deliveries do not include Saturday or Sunday.
There was only 1 option for delivery. I wouldn’t pay for next day unless I absolutely needed it.0
