Good evening all,
What brilliant advice and guidance you've all created on this thread, very impressive and good to read through all of the successful cases! I was wondering if you could kindly please help me with a template to complain to a car park landowner, for a breastfeeding/discrimination/equality act situation? I have spent an hour going through the NEWBIES thread & clicking through many links and threads, to no avail.
Some background - I received a PCN from HX Car Park Management because I didn't buy a ticket within the 10 minutes I should have. I appealed and it was rejected (I already admitted I was the driver before I came online to look into it all - doh). I had to breastfeed my screaming baby very briefly before I got out of the car to get a ticket. The timings of entry/departure of the car park aren't excessive at all, it's not like I overstayed what I paid for by 20-30 mins!

forget a IPC appeal you will NOT win , you have stated the facts to HX , they have dismissed them
await court papers if they come then take out counterclaim (or whatever) base on equality rules0 -
