PPI Claim

I feel I am being given the 'runaround' in trying to find out who the brokers were for my London Mortgage Company Loan. My PPI booklet is from Covea 'formerly Sterling Insurance Group. I have the PPI agreement and PPI booklet. When I approached Covea, they state they did not arrange PPI, yet back in 2005 when I called Sterling Insurance about a refund of premium, as we'd completed the loan early, they told us, ;They don't refund premiums, but we could use the policy for the next three years'? So where do I go from here. Covea told me a month ago, the broker was 'Dial4aloan', who we called and they said they know nothing about this. We went back to Covea, who said we needed to call Ascendon, who we did, they state they were not the brokers. Could someone please help? Thank you
