DWP tribunal decision ignored

Enquiring for my partner. She went through the health assessment etc actually got no points, went to court decision was over turned then within months had to go through same assessment again. After the first court appearance the judge said he did not want to see the case for 2 years . She has just been informed the last assessment she had 6 points so it looks like we will be going back to court.
Originally put off work for 2 pro lapsed discs which nothing has changed and adding to that has anxiety and is receiving medication for it.
I just wondered is this a common thing even though she went through the tribunal and considering what the judge said they still push to turn it around.Or has someone made a mistake their end? Thanks
I came in to this world with nothing and I've still got most of it left.

sadly yes not unusual, I know of folk that have ended up going to court 3 x in a row, absolute waste of money each time having to use courts for such .
I am responsible me, myself and I alone I am not the keeper others thoughts and words.

Also forgot to mention her GP had given her a letter as well. They don't want to listen and just spend thousands on court hearings to try to prove a point.
