Hi put a claim in against Lloyds Bank through Resolver for myself and my Wife. We had a joint account and my wife had her own. We were pressurised into to upgrading our accounts and more higher fees.
From the time i logged into Resolver. to getting back from Lloyds Bank was 7 DAYS. The best bit we didnt have pay anybody any fees like these companies chasing you to use there services for 36% plus Vat

I too used the Resolver tool to raise a packaged bank account complaint with Lloyds bank on behalf of my deceased mother (as executor). I maintained she didnt own a mobile phone, nor travelled to any extent - so had no use of either insurances.
The complaint was upheld and I received a cheque from the bank within 4 weeks!
Thank-you MSE!!0
