Credit card with a money transfer option?

Not on the electoral roll, 10 months of being in the UK, 3 declined hard searches recently - I think it's safe to say I doubt it.

Does the Netherlands dentist not do any payment arrangements?

Applying for loans and being refused as you have done a few times will make your credit rating and history worse. You say you have no credit cards and in fact this works against you as you have no history of handling debt responsibly. Can you try the soft eligibility checker on here to see if a credit card would be open to you?

I think you will struggle to get loans over here as you have only recently moved over. Being an overseas national will also affect your application as will not having any existent credit. Taking out a high interest loan due to short credit history would be a mistake.

OP I see this as your only option, speak to the dental provider and explain can you pay X amount each month. I understand your family aren't very wealthy but could they not even help out a little bit just so you can get the debt paid off.

I agree with asking the dental provider if you can pay in installments.

Not really ask but explain how you can pay it. There is no recourse they can take (realisticlly, as the money will be paid in full before they will even get their claim processed in courts), so call them tomorrow, explin that you can't pay it all on 15th, but you can do 700 now, 700 next month and then 600 3rd month. Simple enough, and if they don't agree - do it anyway.
