Are you really saying that the the myparking charge site offers no guidance on how to appeal?

As an a side, can you please delete your post from the NEWBIES thread. Thanks.

This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of contracts for alleged parking offences.

Parking Eye, Smart and a smaller company have already been named and shamed, as has Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (who take hundreds of these cases to court, and nearly always lose), who have also been reported to the regulatory authority.

The problem has become so rampant that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. Watch the video of the Second Reading in the HofC recently.

and complain in the most robust terms to your MP. With a fair wind most of these companies may well be put out of business by Christmas.

no what im saying is im trying to follow the info given in the newbies post with regards the letter template ect
the myparking charge appeals page has pre set fields so you have to name the owner, driver, reason for appeal ect. its set up basicly so you have to either name the driver or admit to being the driver

its not possible to send them the reccomended posted letter/template posted in the newbie thread via the myparking charge appeals page

I just searched the forum for myparkingcharge and found this post from eight days ago:

Read subsequent posts on that thread to find your answer.

There's no such thing as a new question. :D
