I see they've made change to their current packages , I'm on the variety one but don't get access to most things as I've a crappy old SKY box not one you can record on, plus the kids have grown up and don't watch the kids stuff.
The entertainment package seems to gve me everything I use now for £12 less can I just switch or as usual than't they rolled it out to existing customers just new ones?

Initially it was only new customers but you can now up/downgrade at will I believe. You may be able to do it from your 'my offers' online but mine doesn't show anything (possibly because I'm on a discounted Boxsets package).
If you're out of minimum term then some people have got Entertainment for just £11 and the add-ons for £2.50 each (HD & Boxsets for instance) although I'm not sure if they were/going to cancel.0 -
Thanks, nothing in yy offers either but I doubt sky see a reduction as an offer worth giving out. Out of minimum term guess i'll just have to see if they expect me to sign for 18 months and buy a q , or whatever they're called , box0

I think there's a bit of a sea change with the Q system at the moment so you may be phoning up at just the right time.0 -
I "downgraded" from £32 a month without HD to £21 a month with all the HD channels (no sports or cinema or kids though) but I had to go on a 18 month contract or it would have been £25.over 73 but not over the hill.0

I'm currently paying £14pm for entertainment bundle, how can i get kids bundle for £2.50pm? No point paying standard price of £5pm!0 -

Ask them?
If you're in a minimum term I doubt you'll get it for £2.50, I have seen people get it for £4 though.0
