Metro Bank - problems logging in?

Anyone else having problems logging in to Metro Bank internet banking and making a payment to payee previously set up?


First I couldn't log in but now have been able to, then when logged in unable to make a payment then unable to log out.

You don't say what device you were using. Sounds like a defective web site. Long shot: In the case of a computer try clearing the browser cache and then restart the computer and then try again.

Seems to be working ok for me.

Doesn't work in Safari. Firefox fine.

Was trying to log in via internet explorer. But have now logged in successfully via google chrome.


Don't know why this problem has arose as have previously logged in via internet explorer.
