Ppi commission

I have been refused PPI compensation on my credit card from the Natwest as they advised back in 2012 it wasn't miss-sold. I did not question their decision at the time as I trusted their response. I have since received PPI compensation from several personal loans I had with the Natwest which were all sold in the same way as my credit card. I wish I would have had my finger on the financial services pulse in 2012 instead of having faith in a lender who obviously does not care for its customers only profit. To make matters worse, I have just been 'awarded' a refund for the undisclosed commission on this very same card which to me proves that it was in fact miss-sold. Do you think there is anyway I can pursue this further? I contacted the financial ombudsman about this in 2015 which was unfortunately outside of the 6 months limit so they refused to help.
thanks Patti

    No, it doesn't.

Plevin commission is only payable on rejected complaints.

Most loan PPI complaints are upheld. With credit cards it is around 50/50. Loan PPI and credit card PPI is different. So, you cannot assume that just because you are successful on one that you would be on another.

That makes no sense at all. Plevin payouts are only paid out on those that were not missold.

Build a TARDIS and go back in time.

So, you already knew the answer.

If they do not care for their customers why did they contact you?

To be fair, they do not write due to Customer Service concerns, but rather because their Regulator requires them to. Having said that, they are a business, so why shouldn't their primary motive be profit?
