Do I Have to Pay for Return on Faulty Items?

  • They said they'd exchange it once only and I had to pay for the returns as it was in their ts and Cs.

Their T&C are not legislation. What company is it?

    A bad one!

Just one thought, I'd assume the answer is yes but is the company in the UK?

    Indeed.

As for the Uk, the OP didn't answer my question on the company being in the Uk in post 6.

It's like pulling teeth sometimes. :D

    Missed that too!

That said, it's still been hard work!
  • If you got it from ebay you don't need to pay for the return. They have an option where you get to send it out without paying for it just follow the instructions on the site on how to send it back. Also you can contact the seller to facilitate the return.

    Hi

Sorry, it isn't eBay but this didn't really fit into another section.

    The ordering is complicated.
I ordered and entered half my card details online.
The company then calls you to get your long card number. They then put both bits together and take the payment.
