    As for the Uk, the OP didn't answer my question on the company being in the Uk in post 6.

    If you got it from ebay you don't need to pay for the return. They have an option where you get to send it out without paying for it just follow the instructions on the site on how to send it back. Also you can contact the seller to facilitate the return.
