Brittania Parking

Hiya all, apologies that im probably asking questions that have been answered a million times, but i cant find any relating to my situation entirely.
(Will firstly state that i am not the keeper of the car, this PCN was issued to the keeper)
I am in the process of appealing a pcn from brittania issued at the start of this month with a contravention at the end of last.It was captured by ANPR, their images are grainy and poor quality, but include my car reg.
I have found the blue template in the newbies thread and was wondering if theres anything i might be worth adding to it, considering the contravention occurred between 8:30-11pm, an overstay of 30 minutes in a carpark lit only by a couple of streetlamps. The signs themselves are attached to said streetlamps, but i did not see any signs upon parking, and can only assume that its because they were improperly lit. Is this a valid reasoning to be utilised in my appeals process, or save until popla?
I can post an image of the signage if thats helpful?
Many thanks in advance, and sorry again.

Please read the stickies. We need much more detail than that which you have provided. Thousands of PCNs are issued each day, and it unlikely that your case is in any way unique.

This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of contracts for alleged parking offences.
Parking Eye, Smart and a smaller company have already been named and shamed, as has Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (who take hundreds of these cases to court, and nearly always lose), who have also been reported to the regulatory authority.
The problem has become so rampant that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. Watch the video of the Second Reading in the HofC recently.

and complain in the most robust terms to your MP. With a fair wind most of these companies may well be put out of business by Christmas. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
I am unsure how much detail and what details specifically to include in my post here. The car park was almost empty at the time and poorly lit, therefore as far as i can tell, they cant try and claim that its really a loss of earnings, as they earn nothing from the car park except issuing tickets. There is no pay and display and it is 2 hours maximum0
