What happened to my outfox the market switch?
I got an alert from energy club saying my tariff was expiring so i logged in and the cheapest one was outfox the market, so I signed up with them, got a couple of e-mails saying the switch was underway, and since then I have heard absolutely nothing.
The last e-mail was 2nd January titled "We're almost there"
I tried logging into the account part of the site but i get e-mail address not recognised.
Has anyone else experienced this? I guess I will try to get in touch with them but they only accept correspondence by e-mail. I also notice they're not on the energy club tarriff list any more. Are they a scam?

OFTM is showing in my CEC listing as a 'Top Pick'. Have you received any information from the supplier; ie, a Welcome Letter; confirmation of your DD payment; date of transfer etc ? If not, then something may have gone wrong in the link between CEC and the supplier. If you have received the above, then you need to contact the gaining supplier who is responsible for managing the transfer of supply.
You can contact CEC at:
If you have any queries or concerns, you can email us at energyclub@moneysavingexpert.com. Please include your full name, the email address you joined with and your postcode.0
