Saving in Euro € / NSI equivalent

Good morning.
I'm planning to buy a house in euros later this year, and to manage currency risk I expect I should drip-feed a euro account over the next six months.
I'll need to build-up, in my terms, a fairly big number (~1m €). So where do I find a suitable account?
If it were sterling, I'd use NS&I. So I wonder is there a euro equivalent?
I realise I may need specialist advice, and I'd welcome any recommendations.
Thanks & regards
