The Letting Agency / Landlord accepted my arguement that they were being too intrusive with the Noddle report, I didn't see why they should know about a financial connection to a woman I divorced in 2005.
After telephoning Northampton County Court and the respective creditors to confirm that my CCJ's were down to outstanding balances of £20 and £60 respectively, coupled with my salary details and bank balance, YES they did do the right thing.
    They move in this friday

Is that financial connection correct? If you don't have any joint accounts together then you can get this removed from your credit reports.
If this is incorrect then i suggest you check your credit history at the three main credit agencies for other errors and get them corrected.

I have raised a "dispute" with Noddle, who have our last confirmed association as 1/7/2002
I cannot see how to dispute on Experian
What is the 3rd agency please ?

Equifax is the other main one and you can access the data through Clearscore for free.
If you can't find an easy way to dispute it then just send them an email and see how they want you to do it. I think Experian have a form to fill out for a financial dissociation.
