Hi all,
Thanks for the responses. 1505grandad, I've now included them in the WS and nosferatu1001 I still have a couple of weeks until the 14 day deadline. And thanks LeKirk also for answering the questions.
Another question regarding Schedule of costs, in my set aside hearing I asked about the potential to have my set aside hearing fee returned by the claimant. The judge was a little bit hesitant and said that I should ask this time around, so should I include this in the schedule of costs, or is it unlikely to be granted?
Thanks

Thanks KeithP. Is this something that is often granted or not really? And also, as I'm not putting in anything regarding the claimants behaviour in my schedule of costs, can I still add in things like hours worked, stationary costs? Currently I have only included travel and parking?
Thanks0 -
What was the final outcome? Curious to know as I am in same boat as you 🤪0

The OP last looked in on the forum on 13th February and has not been back since. Sometimes, despite all the efforts put in by volunteers to help people with their problems, they never come back to provide us with a simple message to update us. It's what we have to stomach I'm afraid. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
