Refreshing posts on different Facebook sites

I understand when I sell an item on different Fb pages, there is an option to press a button and all the listings for that item, over the different pages, are automatically marked as "sold",so I don't have to re-visit every page individually, look for my listing, and remove it.

I am wondering,can I do the same with a post,ie,not a sales listing?
I have my own business, and am looking to expand.A couple of weeks ago I posted on many local Fb pages about my business expansion. But now, when I decide to "bump" the post,it takes several hours of searching for each page individually, searching for my post within, bumping it....for about 40 different Fb pages (took a couple of hours one night last week, and again this evening ).
Is there a way of doing a couple of clicks and the posts all "bump" automatically/simultaneously?
Thank you for any help,or advice on how I can list differently.
