Chortle! - how do you think I guessed from your description, and the fact it was VCS? I thought it was, because Albert St has been covered umpteen times by the Parking Prankster and at some point the signs had the wrong company on (Excel).
So start Googling: Parking Prankster Albert street signs.
We've seen case after case won when well defended, or more often, BW Legal discontinue these at this particular location, when the issue with the signs is heavily weighted in the defence.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
