Yeah the 2 meter dimension is partly because of a sewerage drain which my father didn't want to cover originally, he wanted a gable type of design but settled on Lean-to due to lack of space going out.Enjoy everyday like it's your last!0

I am not surprised and this is as I foresaw. You were looking for a £3k reduction, and expecting even more. The technicalities are all areas where companies want customers to remain clueless, invariably to match their own lack of any skills.
In turn this allows enormous room for reducing costs, and/or increasing profits by blatant cutting corners. Remember conservatories are unregulated building. This means there are no rules to be followed other than those you set. If you set none, and the majority of consumers do not, then corners will be cut.0
