hi all
looking for info for my mother-in law regarding loans that my deceased father in law had with CLYDESDALE BANK(SCOTLAND).Can she make a PPI claim for him even though he died a few years ago and if so how would she go about it.

The executor of the estate has the legal right to make complaints on behalf of the deceased.
The process is the same as someone alive except the allegations of wrongdoing cannot include things that may or may not have been said (well, you can still make that allegation but it will be disregarded).
If the complaint is successful and redress paid, it goes to the estate and is distributed as per the Will.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
