Advice needed - overstaying holiday let

I have a cottage that we rent out via a holiday letting agency.
We currently have holidaymakers in there for 2 weeks , who have breached the letting terms by smoking in the house , causing upset to the neighbours etc etc. They are not answering their phones or emails and will not contact the letting agents back
I am also slightly concerned that they are not going to leave this Saturday for the next set of holidaymakers as they have told neighbours they are homeless
What rights do I have to get them out ? As this is not a long term let etc

Is it a genuine holiday let, e.g. you pay business rates etc?
If so, you have the right to remove them, with police assistance if necessary (don't physically remove them yourself).
Your let is I believe covered under the same legislation governing hotels.
(not sure why smoking indoors would bother the neighbours more than smoking outdoors)0 -

I dont think the smoking was bothering the neighbours, it was more like the smoking has breached the terms, the other issue was the neighbours were upset through actions of the tennants.
Apologies if I have this wrong OP.0 -
Sorry yes I failed to make it clear they have upset neighbours by causing a nuisance until 3am with shouting and banging etc . It is a genuine holiday let and business rates with local council
