Perhaps the lady who was arrested should have employed a PPC instead.

They live and walk amongst us.

In an earlier account someone commented, the writer probably wrote the word van because they couldn't spell ambulance.

This has been in the press a few times over the past couple of months. I do hope they find something to charge her with, I doubt it though.

I loved it when the hotels started sueing the holiday sickness idiots.

Yes, world gone mad and the hotel sickness scammers
    are one them.

Never heard of a copper knocking on the door of a
parking scammer or dodgy solicitor for extorting money ?

We have a woman up the road who scurried out to yell at my DD for giving way to a rubbish lorry, and in doing so DD's car was (not parked) but giving way, vaguely near the kerb at the woman's house! DD just laughed at her. I've had a run-in with the same old bat myself and we just laugh.

Some people are so precious about what they see as 'their' road outside.

In this case with the ambulance, it's sheer ignorance.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

She also verbally abused the crew, there is a law about abusing and obstructing emergency workers. Hope she gets a nice big fine.

    Yes agreed.

And the idiocy of some people to claim for an illness, shortly after posting all their photos on facebook.

I love it when people fall over their own stupidity.
