Perhaps the lady who was arrested should have employed a PPC instead.

In an earlier account someone commented, the writer probably wrote the word van because they couldn't spell ambulance.

Even if she is not charged, she will find it difficult to get a US visa if she wants ti visit the USA.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

We have a woman up the road who scurried out to yell at my DD for giving way to a rubbish lorry, and in doing so DD's car was (not parked) but giving way, vaguely near the kerb at the woman's house! DD just laughed at her. I've had a run-in with the same old bat myself and we just laugh.
Some people are so precious about what they see as 'their' road outside.
In this case with the ambulance, it's sheer ignorance.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
