Outfox the Market - Monthly Statements

Has anyone with Outfox the Market successfully been receiving monthly statements online? I've been with them nearly two months and still no statements show up on the Hero Hub, despite regular meter readings. Their FAQ says statements will be "viewable before your specified direct debit date", which clearly hasn't happened. On the chat they've said they'd send one to me in the post in the next 5 days, but this isn't a good start from my view.

Update: Got statement now, and they have royally ballsed up the figures - They've used my recent meter reading as the opening reading and estimated the recent reading !!!!!!!

Is this a sign that they might be like Iresa?

When looking to switch recently we did consider Outfox the Market, because of their prices, but with a small bit of research noticed that they are part of the same group as Fischer Heating.

You only have to look at their customer reviews to see how they usually deal with customers!

I remember reading an article somewhere last year that said Iresa were proof that 'The energy market works', because it shows the minimum price you can charge and still offer any semblance of service without going bust isn't significantly different from the rest of the 'pack'.

Doesn't sound like OFTM are going to disprove that theory.

They can't be like Iresa. MSE CEC has given the OFTM 18 month deal a Top Pick banner.

I may be wrong, but didn't they do the same with Iresa when it first launched?

I confess that I am not sure what criteria MSE uses for its Top Picks. Unlike other PCW/energy review sites, MSE tends to be very bullish about new suppliers whereas the others tend to be very cautious.
