Love2shop Voucher

I received a £10 Love2shop voucher from a research surveys company and it has a small hole in the middle of the part saying "This portion must NOT be detached by the customer". The sliver thread running along this portion of the voucher is visible through the hole. Is this something new? Is the voucher valid and nothing to worry about? Any idea? It has an issue (Serial) number and the label at the back of this portion.

It is the new style of voucher,they have been around a while and there is nothing to worry about.
I have had several and no problems exchanging them at retailers listed.in S 38 T 2 F 50
