PDF editing apps - Samsung Galaxy Tab S3

For work i have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 and U used to be able to edit PDF files easily, I think it was using the Samsung app Write On PDF. However in the last few weeks this app does not seem to be working. I cannot find it when I do an app search but when i go to the Play store it says it is installed.
Can anyone help me fix it or suggest another PDF editor that works as well?

Can you not uninstall it from the Play Store and reinstall it? That's the common Android fix to most Android app issues that stop working for no apparent reason.

No, it's a Samsung app which came with the device and I only have the option to role back the updates. And that does not fix the problem.0
