Just to let you all know that they are having problems with their system according to a customer service agent. I have had to change my security number 2 this afternoon and it's still not working, so they have taken my number and will ring me back. Apparently a lot of their customers were having the same error code as me, not sure if that was porkie pies
but will let you know if they ring me back.

There is now a 'pop up' as part of the signing in process which wasn't there a few days ago. If using Egg's aggregation service this stops the auto login in its tracks until you go to the HSBC site (by clicking its link marked 'error') and enable popups for that site. It seems to work fine again after that......under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0
