  • The same rules as downloading any videos I would imagine, don`t click on any dodgy links(I know too late you are on a !!!!!! site) and keep your AV up to date.
The main damage will be to your wrist and possibly your mental health.

You are making an invalid distinction: downloading goes to your PC, and (in your case) is saved on your USB Flash Drive.
Any malware there might be would infect your hard drive as well as your Flash Drive, most probably.

Heed the comments of treboeth (above). Occasionally run MalwareBytes for Windows (being careful to select the Free option) to check if you have been infected.

Do I still need to run to check it, even though my PC is already protected from virus? as my PC has the latest software with the Windows 10 with protection.

    No anti-virus is 100% perfect.
And most new machines that come with "preinstalled virus protection" which tends to be only a trial that lasts 90 days.

!!!!!! sites have a reputation for harbouring malware. There are many ways to mitigate this risk, but the easiest one for a non-techie Windows user would be to run your web browser in a sandbox when you visit dodgy sites.

A sandbox keeps everything running inside it completely separate from your system. If you pick up malware, it only exists inside the sandbox, which you can delete easily.

Sandboxie is a great free sandboxing program. Unless anything has changed, it's a free program (for non-commercial use), so you can ignore the "Buy now" links, and just go to the download section.

No - Your computer doesnt care what your sexual orientation is.

However, !!!!!! sites are riddled with malware (which is different from a virus) so you should do as indicated above and use malwarebytes.

Providing this is a real question of course
