Rbs plevin payout

Anyone else having problems actually getting their plevin payout all my paperwork was sent back in December and despite numerous phone calls letters etc nothing not sure what to do now

I applied in October then got my cheque last week, its been slower due to the level of complaints best to just bide your time. What did they say on the phone?0
