    Thanks for posting this!

    My dad recently passed of Cancer and I am in a similar situation with my Brothers and Mum inheriting. Did you by any chance end up using a solicitor to create a letter of renouncment.

    We have been going through the C1 C5 process ourselves so ideally we would like to avoid having to use a lawyer to draw up a letter.

    I've been acouring online and can't seem to find a sample letter we could all sign, do you have a a sample?

    Sorry for being cheeky, help please!
