Most people would have something sorted out by your age. Just assume you will die first and make arrangements for your own life that don't depend on the deaths of your family members.
Good Lord, what on earth did you eat for breakfast, a wasps nest. How utterly hurtful.

A sting in the tail?:eek:0 -
I can't see how you would be eligible for shared ownership if you are already a homeowner
It appears that the OP and spouse (or possibly ex spouse) are selling their property.I'm hoping to pay off the mortgage with the proceeds from the sale of our house!
Perhaps the idea is to buy out the HA's interest and for the property to be owned by mother and OP/spouse as tenants in common?
Mother's will would leave her interest to be shared between the three children and the OP would have to buy out the siblings?0 -

Hurtful? Why? he;'s the one who wants to move in with his mother at 55 and wait for her to die so he can cheat his brother and sister out their inheritance. And yet I'm being hurtful.0
