Need payslip to claim Carers allowance

Im really stuck i work for my partners business doing a few hours doing admin mostly for so many hours a week . He recently has seen a drop in work and does not need me as much and can't afford my wage. Our son has autism so we have decided i will do less work and concentrate on him and pay myself less which allows me to claim carers allowance but i have never had a payslip so i have no idea how to get around this .
is there a payslip i can print off anywhere?
Forgot to add i need two recent payslips to claim and i am my partners only employee so i believe he doesn't need to go through the PAYE system as i earn lesss than the £113 that triggers it.
Thanks

Are you self employed?0

No i work for my partner who is self employed .0

In that case your employer (partner) should have been providing you with a payslip.

I suggest that your partner speaks to his accountant about this.0 -
You can ring CA and they can supply a form for completion by your !!!8220;employer!!!8221;0
