My wife and I have a joint bank account only. Anyway to get a switch bonus to other banks at all?

You can open individual accounts with your current bank and then switch them.0

Halifax will provided neither of you have had the incentive in your sole name previously.
I would do as ValiantSon suggests and open sole accounts to switch, with your existing provider or a new one. You can then both get a given incentive rather than having one incentive to share.
One of you could then also recommend the other to Nationwide under their offer for £100 each.
