Hi guys,
I’m really confused whilst using the calculator on the GOV website, trying to work out what works for myself and partner. I’ve read round and think the new Tax-Free would be best but I’m after a second opinion.
I’m self-emplyed, earn a modist wage over 300 per week.
My wife is employed and is part-time and her employer offers vouchers. She will also earn 250 per week, but won’t massively over the 11500 tax allowance.
We spend 600 per month on childcare.
I can’t find anywhere info about self employment restrictions with the new scheme, just that for every 80 I put in, the government add 20.
Sorry for the long posts but I’m finding the calculator confusing!
Thanks!
