ESA & setting up a company

I am currently on ESA & my ex partner set up a company in my name. He is now threatening to report me. The company has never traded. Could I get into trouble for this?

Who has he set up the company with HMRC? Whoever it is/was then you need to inform them that it isn't you keep copies of all letters.0
