Annual family travel insurance

On a family policy would a child still be covered even if the parents weren't on the trip and if the child turned 18 half way through the policy would they need a still be covered

Comments

  • My annual travel policy only covers children if they are travelling WITH us so IMO they would not be covered and need to arrange their own cover.
(But I haven't read your policy document so I could be 100% wrong - my annual policy is with Lloyds Bank)

Nobody can answer that question with the information you've provided.

    What does your policy say?
