Before you say anything, I know. I've just picked up my papers to prepare for a hearing next week to find it was yesterday! Should I ring the Court to explain my mistake?0

You should ring the court to find out about the judgment in default and how much you have to pay before the CCJ kicks in!0
-
Make sure you get a receipt (or some other evidence) for your payment. The court will want to see concrete evidence that it has been paid before they expunge the record of having a ccj.0

If you can live with one it's certainly an option. It will hamper your ability to obtain credit (including a mortgage) for the next six years.
Currently parking companies don't seem to proceed to enforcement action very often. That's not to say they won't or things may change in future. There is always the possibility they will enforce it.
It's a call only you can make but as I said if you can live with a ccj it might be worth seeing how it plays out.0 -

Expect mobile phone company to cause issues with a ccj on your record
And remember you are open to getting enforcement against you (eg bailiffs)
All enforcement costs will be added to the amount you owe0
