Receiving a parking ticket NO receiving debt recovery letter YES why when i haven t had a fine beforehand is it not right for debt recovery to follow a fine that has been given and not paid after 28 days .......

Ok my letter turned up on 12.2.18 saying it happened on 20.12.17 over stayed a ticket time doesn t seem right to me the way no fine/notice was sent before debt company were involved also 160.00 was it doubled or is this normal cost .......RIP OFF who can afford this0

Please read the NEWBIES thread before you appeal badly, as driver. NO-ONE here appeals as driver. The DRP letter might be worded as a Notice to Keeper in which case, the keeper appeals using the template.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
