garage repair quote

Does this sound reasonable?
To replace approx 10 meters of fascia boards with plastic boards ( provided by builder).
Repoint approx 8 bricks, insert concrete lintel Provided by builder).
Remove wooden door and frame and replace with double glazed door ( I already have door) into an outside garage

£250 -two days work
I am in South East England

    Seems Cheap. Thats £125 a day and significantly less as he is providing plastic boards, repointing materials, and concrete lintel.

    Once you take into account materials he has got be be pulling in less than £10 an hour which is suspiciously low. Unless I knew the quality of the work or knew he worked for local council but was doing this as a weekend pay booster I would be a little nervous.
