Waiting for the call

It's that time again, waiting for the call from solicitor and/or estate agent to say completed on a purchase come and get the keys.
Alas the excitement factor won't be there with this one, it's an absolute tip with loads of abandoned property left inside, and, well, lets just say plenty of scope for improvement.
Probably looking at about 5 months work to renovate this one, and we still have a project to finish so its just going to get uprated security, locks and alarm and then be left a while while I fork out council tax and utilities.
Ah well, the highs and lows of being a self employed property developer I suppose. Beats working for some of my former bosses in retail hands down. :beer:
