Hello,
We have just received a letter from a bills splitting company (Huddle) they claim we owe them money for gas & electric, however we never set up with them. We are happy to pay the suppliers directly (we have not paid anyone for utility bills yet) however are we liable for this bill?
The company likely charges additional costs compared to the suppliers for the privilege of using their services.
They have sent to bill to the 'occupiers'.
What is our legal standing on this situation?

What's your situation - are you in a shared house? A quick google shows huddle normally is for students or shared households, so could this have been set up by another tenant or by the landlord?All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
