i had a work place injury on september 2016 and i have been off work with a back injury and waiting still to see a spine doctor to see if an operation will help or not.
i now have a meeting with work to talk about the future and when i could be fit for work but this is not going to be soon or this year and there talking about end my employment due to ill health.
would just like some advice on where i stand.
