            If you stick their letters in a black bin bag and fly-tip them (especially in Barnett) they themselves will, curiously, be prosecuted for fly tipping. Just a thought (other Local Authorities are - I guess - available).

 QDR are persistent, if nothing else. Today I replied to their latest missive using some inspiration from this chap.
