    Both IPC and BPA members have tried this, but nothing has escalated beyond a few posturing letters so far.

    Posturing letters? Another use for their paperwork. Origami.

    I sent Rossendales a photo of my desk-side bin with about 60 of their letters in it.
    I was slightly disappointed not to get a reaction.

    I have another letter from QDR this morning though. They clearly haven't learned their lesson from the last time they tried pestering me with nonsensical Byelaw 14 charges...

    But as QDR Solicitors Limited, who are a wholly owned subsidiary of Wright Hassall ...... this rubbish is par or the course, it runs in the family ?

    WEEE wouldn't apply to letters. The clue is in the name. ;)

    If you stick their letters in a black bin bag and fly-tip them (especially in Barnett) they themselves will, curiously, be prosecuted for fly tipping. Just a thought (other Local Authorities are - I guess - available).

    QDR are persistent, if nothing else. Today I replied to their latest missive using some inspiration from this chap.
