Hey all.
I had my lcwra assessment for UC a few months ago. When I Called medical services to ask about my appointment they said that I didn’t have to go for a face to face assessment as they have everything they need from my doctors and they recommend another assessment in 3 months.
I still haven’t heard back from the decision makers though and I’m wondering whether the comments made by medical services about me not needing and assessment right now is a good sign or a bad sign in relation to the decision makers granting me lcwra?
Thanks guys !!!129299;

If you receive LCWRA at the moment, I would say that medical services have informed UC that they will review your position in 3 months time. Therefore there is no current decision by a DM to be made right now. At some point within 3 months, someone will review your case again and you will be advised. They might apply another 3 month review or arrange a face to face assessment.
Perhaps your nearest assessment centre is very busy and they are trying to avoid unnecessary work, by looking at what claimants Doctors have said first. It might be that they think it is too early for any face to face assessment and it can wait. Depends on what your Doctors have said about your health.The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0
